The force of a blast at the police station across from her apartment building knocked Almog off her feet on Oct. 7.She had scrambled to her home’s fortified room after air raid sirens sounded in Sderot and watched from the window in disbelief as dozens of gunmen walked down her street with rocket-propelled grenades on their shoulders.
